Sutton Town Centre Transformation Takes a Step Forward

Our proposals for St Nicholas House have received resolution to grant permission from LB Sutton. Comprising 281 Build-To-Rent homes and town centre uses within two linked buildings. The design enhances the setting of a nearby Grade II* Listed Church and is recognised by LB Sutton as setting a high benchmark for future town-centre development.

Working with our client JRL Group, we refined our previously consented scheme into a high-quality BTR development. The changes include new communal spaces, complementary town-centre uses, and internal modifications to meet the latest Building Safety Act requirements. This approval marks a significant step forward in bringing the vision to life.

Site Visit to ‘The Green’, Bordon, Hampshire

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing site progress at ‘the Green’ with our client BRiCS at the end of last year – a year on from the planning approval for 77 bespoke new homes. The Green enjoys a unique village-like, tranquil setting in the Oxney Quarter, located just moments from the new amenities associated with the Whitehall and Bordon redevelopment.

The new homes, designed by GSA, look fantastic, and are traditional in design with details like timber porches and gable windows referencing Hampshire's architectural heritage, adding to its village-like ambience. A wide variety of homes will be provided, ensuring an appealing mix of houses and apartments for people at all stages of life.
